Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers to promote banking products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly to customers. Respond promptly to customer feedback, driving service improvements and enhancing the customer experience. Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers Process all customers’ phone instructions strictly in adherence to Bank Policies and Procedures Requirements: DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered 1 - 2 years experience preferable with telemarketing / Sales experience Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner.
