HR Officer

Moon Holidays, a dynamic and growing travel company, is looking for an Experienced HR Officer to join our passionate team. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional with strong knowledge in visa and work permit processes , staff recruitment , and general HR responsibilities , we’d love to hear from you! 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Handle all work permit and visa-related matters for local and foreign employees End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding Maintain and update employee records Support payroll, employee relations, and internal HR processes Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies Manage the Performance Evaluation (KPI) System Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, CSR activities, and internal communication programs Coordinate with government agencies when needed Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries 🔹 Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role Strong understanding of work permit and visa application processes Good command of spoken and written English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 🔹 What We Offer: Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to work in an international setting Competitive salary and benefits Growth opportunities in the travel industry
