About the role Blue Bus English Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Weekend Part Time Native English Teachers to join our dynamic team in Hung Hom, Kowloon City District. This is a part-time position working on Saturdays and Sundays , providing an excellent opportunity for native English speakers to make a meaningful impact on students' language development. This role is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality English education to learners of all ages and levels, helping them achieve their language goals in a supportive and engaging environment. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels on weekends Create and prepare comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and meet individual student needs Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages participation and builds student confidence Communicate effectively with students, parents and management regarding progress and any concerns Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Incorporate communicative language teaching approaches to develop students' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities when required What we're looking for Native English speaker with a clean accent and excellent command of English grammar and vocabulary TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent English teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one) Previous experience teaching English as a foreign language, preferably in a classroom setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues Patience, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and create an inclusive learning environment Flexibility and adaptability in responding to diverse student needs and learning preferences Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work commitments Experience teaching in Asia or familiarity with Asian students' learning styles is advantageous What we offer Blue Bus English Ltd provides a rewarding work environment where you can develop your teaching skills and make a tangible difference in students' lives.
