About the role We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Assistant Manager/Manager to join our team at NSW (Thailand) Limited. This is a full-time position based in Phan Thong, Chon Buri, offering a strategic opportunity to lead and develop our human resources and administration functions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, recruitment initiatives, employee relations, and administrative processes that directly support the growth and success of our organisation. This position plays a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring effective people management practices across all departments. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee all HR and administration department operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with Thai labour laws and company standards Manage employee records, documentation, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information Coordinate and conduct employee training programmes, performance management activities, and professional development initiatives Handle employee relations matters, including grievance resolution, disciplinary procedures, and conflict mediation Oversee office administration functions such as facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations Prepare HR reports, analytics, and metrics to support strategic business decisions Ensure compliance with relevant Thai employment legislation and company policies Supervise and mentor HR and administration team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment What we're looking for Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management capacity Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and benefits administration Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience with Thai cultural practices and workplace dynamics is highly valued What we offer At NSW (Thailand) Limited, we recognise the importance of employee wellbeing and career development.
