Job Description : Develop and maintain SPEED , a cloud-based HR, Payroll & Accounting Software. Design, develop, and enhance both front-end and back-end web applications. Build and integrate secure RESTful APIs and third-party services, including LHDN e-Invoice . Develop and maintain HR, Payroll, and Accounting modules with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers throughout the software development lifecycle. Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize applications to ensure high-quality software delivery. Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and Agile/Scrum development activities. Requirements: Malaysian Citizen only. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development. Experience in developing ERP, HRMS, Payroll, or Accounting Software is highly preferred. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js . Strong back-end development experience using .NET Core (C#), Node.js, Java, or PHP . Experience with RESTful APIs , third-party integrations, and relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), Git, and CI/CD practices. Knowledge of Malaysian payroll statutory requirements ( EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB ) and LHDN e-Invoice integration is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
