HRBP (Chinese Speaking)

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers within the business group, providing guidance and support on HR matters. Lead and manage complex, cross-functional HR projects, driving initiatives to support business goals. Help the recruitment team recruit top talent for key positions within the business group for urgent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement optimal solutions for employee engagement, performance, and development. Drive performance improvement and foster positive changes in people management. Develop and maintain organizational charts, tracking and analyzing performance trends within the business unit. Design and implement succession planning strategies for key roles and talent within the organization, ensuring long-term business continuity. Continuously assess and challenge the organizational structure, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Actively contribute as a member of the HR Management Team, aligning HR strategies with broader organizational objectives. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 3 years of work experience in an HRBP or related HR role. Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Expertise in project management and change management. Solid business acumen with excellent time and priority management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good command of speaking in English and Chinese
