Role and Responsibilities: Brand Development : Lead the development and execution of HSIP’s brand positioning, visual identity, and communication strategy to enhance brand awareness and influence across Hong Kong and the global innovation ecosystem. Content Management : Oversee HSIP's official social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, WeChat, etc.), including daily operations and content creation; plan and produce project features, founder stories, and industry insights. Event Planning & Execution : Plan and execute key brand events, including the annual “HSIP Greater Bay Area International Innovation Summit,” quarterly Demo Days, monthly roadshows, industry salons, and media press conferences. Media Relations : Build and maintain relationships with mainstream and vertical media (e.g., Zero2IPO, ChinaVenture, 36Kr Global, Phoenix Finance) to drive media exposure for HSIP and its portfolio companies. White Papers & Research Reports : Lead the development and publication of flagship materials such as the Hong Kong Hard Tech White Paper and HSIP Annual Report to establish industry thought leadership. Creative & Collateral Management : Manage the design and production of all external marketing materials, including brochures, videos, exhibition displays, and presentation templates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Chinese, or related disciplines Minimum of 8 years' experience in tech media, PR agencies, corporate branding/marketing, or incubator-related roles Strong understanding of the technology investment ecosystem and innovation landscape Experience in large-scale event planning and execution is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English Strong in copywriting, content strategy, and aesthetic sense for design Please quote the Reference No.: CV_INDM in your application.
