SCOPE OF WORK Participate in strategic management discussion, planning and decision-making. Create a framework that will serve as basis for developing plans and programs/activities relevant to the corporate mission, vision, values and objectives. Conduct surveys, reviews and discussions that will draw up critical elements (both internal & external) that have to be considered in setting HR direction and plan. Lead the HR unit in developing the action and budget plan. Develop and establish the implementing policies and procedures necessary to carry-out the different functions of HR such as employment, training & development, compensation & benefits and employee relations. Define, promote and manage the various HR services that will provide optimized benefits to the employees. Manage the performance of HR unit to ensure that its deliverables are administered accordingly and punctually. Guide the HR unit in setting its performance target and measurements. Plan, organize and implement a program that is aimed to ensure the (1) availability of critical skills that are necessary in the event of transition, succession and replacement; and (2) readiness and competency of the person who will assume a new role. Review all HR major correspondences to ensure that its message is complete, properly conveyed, accurate and promptly released/issued. Ensure that all management and HR initiated discussions & meetings are recorded, documented and compiled. 📍Work Location: Marilao, Bulacan 🕐Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, On site
