Area Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and monitor day-to-day retail operations. Set sales target of the responsible areas and drive sales to ensure achieve target. Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction in each store. Assist in the preparation of annual business plans, e.g. budget, manpower, strategy, training, etc. Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and their teams to ensure alignment with company goals and standards. Conduct regular assessments of store performance and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly. Ensure that all store staff complies with company policies and procedures at all times. Recruit, train, coach and develop all of store staff and store management team to maintain a high-performing team and achieve company standard/goals. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. Act as a liaison between store staff and upper management, communicating feedback, concerns, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to support overall business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field 5+ years in retail operations, with management experience Strong leadership and team development skills Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in business planning and retail KPIs Good command of Thai and English .........................................................................................................
