Are you a strategic and data-driven marketing professional with leadership potential? We are seeking an Assistant / Brand & Marketing Manager to oversee digital initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and guide the team in driving business growth and strengthening our brand’s online and offline presence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Oversight: Support the development of holistic digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (e.g. Meta, Google, programmatic, SEO/SEM) to align with overall brand and business objectives. Campaign Monitoring & Guidance: Oversee campaign planning and execution, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and optimal performance. Provide direction and feedback to internal teams and external agencies on creative, media, and content initiatives. Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor, review, and analyze campaign results. Consolidate reports to management, generate actionable insights, and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI. Team & Vendor Management: Supervise and coordinate external vendors, production partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Partnerships & Growth Initiatives: Support the identification and management of strategic collaborations, co-marketing opportunities, and new digital channels to expand brand reach. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 5+ years of solid experience in digital marketing, including paid social, search, and performance marketing. Prior experience in agency or in-house marketing leadership preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into strategic recommendations. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proven ability to lead projects, manage external partners, and oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
