About the role We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join Technology Solutions in our Pathum Wan Bangkok office on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position where you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our critical infrastructure and systems. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development and operations, driving continuous improvement in system stability, and leading the technical strategy for our platform infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our commitment to high availability and optimal system performance. Key responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions using industry best practices and modern cloud technologies Develop and execute monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to minimise system downtime and performance degradation Lead root cause analysis on critical incidents and implement preventative measures to avoid recurrence Automate operational tasks and create tools to improve system reliability and reduce manual effort Collaborate with software development teams to ensure applications meet reliability and performance standards Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, processes, and runbooks Conduct capacity planning and performance optimisation to support business growth Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organisation Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents as required What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or site reliability engineering Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and Windows Server environments Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Advanced knowledge of containerisation and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) Solid understanding of networking principles, DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Go, or similar) Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk, or equivalent) Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or equivalent are advantageous What we offer At Technology Solutions, we invest in our people and foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
