The Marketing Strategy function aims to drive the Chief Marketing Officer's (CMO) vision of advancing CPF's Health & Wellness agenda through AI-driven marketing . The Marketing Strategy Manager is a key member of the Marketing Strategy team, supporting the Marketing Director in shaping and executing CPF's future marketing agenda through AI and consumer insights. The role is responsible for leading one assigned workstream end-to-end within the Marketing Strategy function. This may include AI-powered marketing capabilities, global portfolio planning and roadmap development, marketing strategy frameworks and KPI governance, marketing effectiveness, or strategic partnerships. Specific workstream assignments will be determined based on business priorities and the successful candidate's strengths at the time of hiring. This is a strategic and hands-on role. The incumbent is expected not only to develop company-wide frameworks and roadmaps but also to execute initiatives, monitor progress, and continuously refine strategies based on business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Development & Roadmap Planning Support the development and management of a multi-year marketing strategy roadmap aligned with CPF's Health & Wellness vision and the CMO's strategic priorities, working closely with category marketing teams and relevant cross-functional stakeholders. Translate corporate strategic direction into actionable work plans, implementation timelines, and measurable success indicators for each assigned workstream. 2. Cross-Functional Project Management Lead assigned strategic initiatives end-to-end, from planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and post-implementation review. Collaborate with global, regional, and Thailand teams (as applicable) to ensure alignment, consistency, and synergy across markets and portfolios. 3. Performance Measurement Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for assigned workstreams. Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for the Marketing Director and CMO. 4. Capability Building & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through new technologies (including AI), process optimization, and capability development. Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of new tools, frameworks, and ways of working. 5. Stakeholder & Partnership Management Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Sales, Digital, HR/L&D, Finance, and other relevant functions, as well as external partners when required. Represent the Marketing Strategy team in cross-functional forums and present recommendations to senior leadership. 6. Team Contribution Coach and provide guidance to Marketing Strategists under direct supervision. Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous development of the Marketing Strategy team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred. 5–10 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, management consulting, or other strategic and analytical roles. Experience in FMCG or matrix organizations operating in fast-paced environments is highly desirable. Experience with marketing technology or AI tools (such as generative AI for marketing, marketing automation platforms, or analytics solutions) is an advantage but not required. A strong willingness and ability to learn quickly are essential.
