Your new role will: Define and maintain the solution architecture for enterprise applications across Leasing and Finance domains, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives across regions Translate business requirements into robust, modular solution designs, bridging operational needs with technology capabilities and long-term architecture strategy Design and govern integration frameworks, application standards, and data models to enable seamless connectivity, data consistency, and unified reporting across systems Act as the architecture lead for core business platforms, establishing design principles and overseeing solution implementation to ensure alignment with enterprise standards Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, audit, security, and data privacy requirements, embedding controls for resilience, disaster recovery, and operational continuity Partner with business, product, engineering, and delivery teams to provide architectural guidance, resolve complex design challenges, and drive continuous improvement across the application landscape Conduct architecture reviews, design assessments, and technical risk evaluations to ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements, including performance, security, maintainability, and availability What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of proven experience in solution and architecture design, ideally with exposure in the design and delivery to Finance, and ERP related systems. Background from commercial, real estate, property management or financial services industries will be a plus Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and real estate business processes. Familiarity with system development life cycle methodologies, and knowledge in technology architecture, information principles, processes Strong interpersonal, analytical and planning skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, cross-functional teams, vendors, and other business stakeholders Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) What you need to do now: If you're interested in this role, click “ Apply Now ”.
