Job Summary: Promote consumer engagement by providing products and service contents optimized for Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok shop Optimize marketing campaigns by understanding the digital advertisement and digital media Devise strategies for increasing sales and plan performance marketing Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive revenue (ROI) on marketplace platforms: Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Conduct media strategy based on platform’s core competencies. Responsible for budget and paid media performance planning, tracking, optimizing, analyzing and delivering strategic solution for revenue growth. Analyze post campaign analysis and identify blue area and/or opportunity to improve the overall performance across marketplace. Lead and optimize live commerce plan with aim to grow revenue and maximize ROI. Strengthen affiliate program through strategic activation, and performance optimization of KOLs & KOCs. Maintain accuracy of documentation by coordinating, verifying and filling invoices and related media paperwork’s. Ensure the smooth and accurate communication on promotions & content on all platforms. Abilities to cooperate with both internal team and partners to ensure seamless process and deliver result Ability to understand customer buying behaviors, segmentation and profiling Responsible for overall management and growth of the affiliate program including managing our partners and agency relationships Identify new sources of customer acquisition and profit via new partners, new strategies and emerging channels Qualifications: 5+ years of experiences in paid media ecommerce, digital media agency, social commerce, and/ or in-house unit Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. Must have paid search and display channel expertise and other digital channel skill-sets is a plus Ecommerce, direct response, ROI-focused campaign management Familiarity with digital ads algorithmic models and marketing analytics Strong sense of Marketing analytics and how to derive actionable insights from complex data sources Ability to partner with Marketing Services, as well as senior management from brand-centric departments, such as, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
