Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Specialist

Portfolio & Risk Management Support: Assist in monitoring and managing the firm's multi-asset portfolio, ensuring strict adherence to contractual terms, risk limits, and position management guidelines. Trade Execution & Settlement Operations: Accurately oversee and process post-trade settlements across all asset classes—including Fiat, Commodities Futures, Crypto, Securities, and OTC/Exchange-Traded Derivatives. Ensure seamless trade capture, confirmation, and timely settlement across proprietary systems, third-party platforms, and trading terminals. Documentation & Operational Control: Review, verify, and maintain transaction documentation and trade confirmations. Oversee all incoming and outgoing operational records to ensure complete auditability and rigorous record-keeping. Process Optimization & Regulatory Compliance: Continually refine operational workflows, manuals, and controls to align with regulatory standards and banking partner requirements, enhancing overall operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination: Perform operational data analysis and compile comprehensive reports for internal management and banking partners. Liaise cross-functionally with internal teams (Trading, Risk, Compliance) and external banking institutions to ensure flawless execution. Systems Development & Automation: Participate in key IT and operational initiatives to implement systems for trade tracking, position monitoring, risk analytics, and financial accounting—enabling transparent, real-time control across all firm activities.
