The Academic Operations Manager oversees daily academic operations, course scheduling, and facility utilisation across all Westminster School of English branches. This role ensures policy compliance through branch audits, manages textbook inventory, and leads cross-departmental coordination. Additionally, the position is responsible for training branch staff and continuously improving operational workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall operations of the Student Services team across all branches, including both Bangkok and provincial branches. Manage and monitor classroom and computer room capacity to ensure effective utilisation and smooth operations. Plan and coordinate course schedules and class openings for all branches on a monthly basis. Review class setup and scheduling to ensure compliance with the institute's curriculum structure, course requirements, and academic policies. Manage student placement criteria, including Placement Test results and direct-entry student qualifications. Prepare and monitor monthly and annual reports related to student intake, placement levels, and academic performance trends. Conduct branch audits to review both front-office and back-office operations and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Train, support, and develop Student Services staff across all branches to ensure consistency in operational processes and service quality. Coordinate with Academic, Student Services, Sales, and Management teams regarding class scheduling, student progression, placement requirements, and operational matters. Manage Student's Book inventory, including printing orders, stock control, and distribution to all branches nationwide. Oversee the school's facility usage system and ensure operational resources are properly managed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management role (background in International Education is a huge plus). Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Good command of English with strong interpersonal and communication skills. English Proficiency Test Score Requirement: Minimum score of TOEIC 600+ / IELTS 5.5+. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams to ensure service consistency and operational excellence. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multi-branch logistics, facility resources, and comprehensive reporting. Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify operational issues, propose improvements, and implement solutions that align with company policies and academic standards. Working Hours: 5 days per week (days off are not on weekends).
