Technical & Strategic Delivery Drive AI Execution & Scope: Translate business pain points and user requirements into technical deliverables, detailed project plans, and actionable AI specifications. Bridge Tech & Business: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, AI engineers, data teams, and developers throughout the entire project lifecycle. Hands-on AI Implementation Support: Leverage basic coding knowledge and cloud awareness to understand technical trade-offs, architecture constraints, and data requirements when collaborating with dev teams. Project Management & Agile Operations End-to-End Ownership: Own project timelines, resource allocation, task prioritization, and budget management across complex AI projects. Agile Facilitation: Manage agile processes, facilitate sprint planning/standups, and maintain high delivery velocity across cross-functional or distributed teams. Risk & Quality Management: Identify technical risks, data bottlenecks, and project dependencies, developing practical mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery. Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular, transparent status reports and performance updates to leadership and business users, managing expectations effectively. Process Improvement: Continuously refine AI project management methodologies and deployment practices to enhance overall efficiency. Requirements Experience & Background 5+ years of experience in technology project delivery, with a strong focus on AI/LLM implementations. Proven track record of owning 0-to-1 AI projects from requirements gathering to successful production deployment. Technical Skills Cloud & AI Concepts: Basic working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Aliyun) and core AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLMs, AI agents, data pipelines). Soft Skills & Communication Excellent stakeholder management skills—capable of translating complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes. Trilingual Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential for local and regional stakeholder collaboration).
