Job Responsibilities Content Planning - Manage content calendar and posting schedule - Research trends, competitors, and audience interests - Suggest new content strategies to improve performance Content Creation - Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and campaigns - Produce content for Tiktok - Write engaging captions, scripts, and promotional copy Content Editing: Shooting/AI Generation/ Remix edit Performance Optimization - Track content metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, conversions - Improve future content based on analytics insights - Support paid media team with ad creatives and testing ideas Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree 2. Minimum 2yrs of video content creation and editing experience and interested in content creation 3.
