Protect and Strengthen Global IT Service Stability We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager / Problem Manager to join our Global Enterprise IT team based in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead Change and Problem Management practices that protect service stability and reduce the frequency and impact of recurring incidents across Nufarm’s global technology environment. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end Change Management process, including facilitating the Change Advisory Board (CAB), reviewing change records, and ensuring proposed changes are appropriately assessed, scheduled, approved, and communicated. You’ll also lead Problem Management, using root cause analysis to identify and remove the underlying causes of recurring and major incidents. By maintaining the Known Error Database, leading post-incident reviews, and translating lessons learned into preventive actions, you’ll help strengthen service performance and drive continuous improvement. How You’ll Help Us Grow Own and manage the end-to-end Change Management process in line with ITSM policies and standards. Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings and support effective, risk-based change decisions. Review and approve change records, ensuring they contain complete and accurate information. Perform thorough risk and impact assessments for proposed technology changes. Ensure changes are appropriately assessed, authorized, scheduled, communicated, and reviewed. Monitor change performance and identify opportunities to improve change success rates. Lead Problem Management activities across recurring and major incidents. Facilitate structured root cause analysis and ensure underlying causes are identified and addressed. Maintain the Known Error Database, ensuring known issues and workarounds are accurately documented and available to support teams. Lead post-incident reviews and ensure lessons learned are translated into preventive actions. Track problem records and corrective actions through to resolution. Work closely with the IT Service Management Process Owner, service delivery teams, UEM Regional Leads, reporting teams, managed service providers, and vendors. Drive continuous improvement across Change and Problem Management processes. Could This Be You? You are an experienced ITSM professional with a strong understanding of Change and Problem Management. You can assess risk objectively, facilitate effective decisions, and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders. You take a structured and analytical approach to recurring incidents and are confident leading root cause analysis and post-incident reviews. You understand the importance of balancing business agility with appropriate governance and service protection. You are comfortable working across global teams and can influence stakeholders to follow consistent processes, complete corrective actions, and continuously improve service performance. What You’ll Bring Essential: Demonstrated experience in Change Management and Problem Management within an ITSM environment. Strong understanding of Change Advisory Board processes and change governance. Experience reviewing and approving change records. Strong knowledge of change risk and impact assessment practices. Experience leading root cause analysis for recurring and major incidents. Experience maintaining a Known Error Database. Experience facilitating post-incident reviews and tracking preventive actions. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with service delivery teams, technical specialists, managed service providers, and vendors. Desirable: ITIL certification in Change Management, Problem Management, or Managing Professional. Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
