Game Design & Product Manager 📍 Location: Bangkok, Thailand 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🏢 Department: Game Development / Product You will own the game's vision from the initial concept to post-launch optimization. Your mission is to design captivating gameplay mechanics and a world-class user experience that will engage and retain millions of players. Responsibilities: Drive the ideation and creation of new game concepts, features, and systems. Design engaging gameplay loops, meta-game systems, and UI/UX flows. Create and maintain Game Design Documents (GDDs), feature specifications, user flow diagrams using tools like Figma. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to deconstruct game mechanics, identify emerging trends, and discover strategic opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams (artists, engineers, QA) to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision. Manage project timelines and ensure product quality. Dive deep into user psychology and player experience. Organize playtests, analyze player feedback, and use data to continuously iterate and enhance the game. Track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and formulate data-informed hypotheses for A/B tests and future feature optimizations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Game Design Principals, Game Production, or related fields. A solid understanding of game design principles and the theory of "Flow." Proven ability to conduct competitive analysis and deliver compelling presentations. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal/written) and strong logical thinking abilities. A foundational understanding of data analysis and how to apply metrics to product dec Proficient with prototyping tools, especially Figma. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Gaming Industry. A true passion for playing and deconstructing a wide variety of games. Familiarity with AI tools and a strong desire to learn and apply new technologies. Basic understanding of game engine operations (e.g., Unity, Godot, etc.). Previous experience in project management, planning, and execution. Demonstrated passion and long-term dedication in a specific sport or hobby. Conversational ability in Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
