IT Executive

We are looking for an IT Executive to support the company's daily IT operations and assist users with IT-related matters. This role is suitable for candidates with 1-3 years of IT support experience who enjoy troubleshooting, working with people and coordinating with IT vendors to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT support to users, including PCs, software, printers, network and mobile devices. Troubleshoot and resolve routine IT issues, or coordinate with vendors and HQ IT team when required. Follow up on IT service requests and ensure issues are properly resolved. Assist in maintaining IT equipment and related records. Assist in IT-related projects and system improvements when required. Assist with company activities and administrative support when required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 1-3 years of IT support or related working experience. Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly. Why Join Us?
