Shipping Executive

Shipping Executive – Job Summary Responsible for managing end-to-end import operations for all brands under HTHAI and G3 Thailand, including sample shipments and construction materials for new store projects. As the volume and complexity of import shipments continue to grow, dedicated support is required to coordinate shipments, manage import documentation, monitor import duties, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Shipping Executive will play a key role in maintaining supply chain continuity, supporting new store development projects, controlling logistics costs, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. This position also provides essential support to the Assistant Shipping Manager in achieving departmental objectives and maintaining efficient logistics operations. Key responsibilities: Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams. Manage FDA documentation and ensure compliance with customs and import regulations. Monitor container movements, delivery schedules, and import-related costs. Prepare duty estimates, process invoices, and maintain shipping reports and records. Resolve shipment, customs clearance, and billing issues to ensure timely delivery. Support the Assistant Shipping Manager with daily operations and special projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in FDA, import/export, shipping, or logistics. Knowledge of customs procedures and import documentation. Good Excel, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage urgent tasks under pressure.
