About the Role We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to design and operate the CI/CD pipelines, automation and deployment platforms that let our engineering teams ship software safely and frequently. You will turn our cloud platform into a self-service, automated developer experience and drive continuous improvement in release speed and reliability. Responsibilities: Design, configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Write and standardize Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred; ARM acceptable). Build and run containerized workloads on Kubernetes (AKS, EKS or GKE) Manage container registries, image lifecycle and artifact repositories. Integrate security into pipelines (SAST, DAST, dependency, container and secret scanning). Implement observability: metrics, logs, traces and dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). Automate releases using blue/green, canary or progressive-delivery patterns with automated rollback. Respond to deployment incidents, lead blameless post-mortems and improve DORA metrics. Partner with developers to remove delivery bottlenecks and improve developer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. At least 2–5 years of DevOps / SRE / Platform-Engineering experience. Hands-on CI/CD pipeline design across at least one major platform. Proficient with Git workflows, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes. Scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell or Go. Working knowledge of cloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS and GCP is a plus). Automation-first mindset and strong collaboration skills. Nice to Have AWS DevOps Engineer, AZ-400, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, CKA or HashiCorp Terraform Associate. SRE practice (SLOs, error budgets, chaos testing).

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
