We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on business development professional who wants to help grow a digital product business. You will introduce Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction digital solutions to the market, develop new customer relationships and turn real industry challenges into commercial opportunities. You do not need to be a BIM expert on day one. What matters most is your curiosity about technology, passion for building a business and determination to deliver results. Knowledge of construction technology is an advantage, and our technical team will support your product learning. Responsibilities · Identify and develop new business opportunities for BIM services, digital platforms and construction technology solutions. · Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, property and facility managers, surveying firms and government organisations. · Generate leads through networking, market outreach, referrals, industry events and digital channels. · Understand customer pain points and work with technical and delivery teams to shape practical, value-driven solutions. · Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, demonstrations and commercial offers that clearly communicate business value. · Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing and account development. · Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurate forecasts and disciplined follow-up against agreed targets. · Track market trends, customer needs and competitor activity, and contribute ideas to our product and growth strategy. Quilifications · Around 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or a related client-facing role. · A genuine passion for growing a digital product or technology-enabled business. · A proactive, resilient and results-oriented mindset, with the confidence to open doors and create opportunities. · Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building and negotiation skills. · Good organisation and the discipline to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups. · Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and translate technical features into clear customer benefits. · Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred. · Experience in construction, BIM, SaaS, CDE, PropTech, ConTech or other digital solutions is an advantage, but not essential. · Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager. Why join us · Work in a Subsidiary of Fortune 500 companies, the leading construction company in HK · Take ownership of a growing business area with room to shape the go-to-market approach. · Work with award-winning solutions that are transforming how the construction industry operates. · Learn directly from experienced BIM, engineering and digital-delivery professionals. · Build a visible career path based on contribution, customer impact and business results.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.
In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
