Senior AI Engineer (Azure AI / Agentic AI Systems) About the Role We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer specializing in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem to build and scale production-grade LLM applications and complex Agentic AI systems . In this role, you will go beyond simple API integration and basic chatbots. You will be responsible for architecting robust, multi-step AI workflows , implementing autonomous agents with tool integration , and deploying resilient AI systems into cloud production environments. Key Responsibilities Design and build autonomous AI agent workflows featuring multi-step reasoning , dynamic tool-calling , memory management , and orchestration. Architect and fine-tune high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure AI Search , vector databases, and custom retrieval/ranking logic.
