We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our growing Business Analyst team. This role is responsible for collecting, managing and analyzing sales, inventory and distributor data across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Finance and distributors to deliver meaningful business insights and performance reports. Job Responsibilities Collect, consolidate and maintain sales, inventory and distributor data across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. Support the Regional Sales Team and Business Analyst Manager by providing data analysis and actionable insights on sales performance, product trends and market opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau for management review and decision-making. Work closely with distributors, Sales, Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Extract and analyze data from SAP and other business systems to support inventory, warehouse and sales planning. Monitor key business metrics and provide regular performance reporting to regional leadership. Assist in ad hoc business analysis projects and presentations as required. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business analytics is an advantage. Proficient in Power BI and/or Tableau for reporting and dashboard development. Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving and data management skills with high attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Self-motivated, responsive and willing to learn in a fast-growing business environment. Occasional travel within Southeast Asia for sales meetings and regional collaboration.
