Sustainability Innovation Manager

Location : Office near BTS Saint Louis, Sathorn, Bangkok, Thailand Key Responsibilities: Lead environmental and other sustainability initiatives across Thailand and the APAC operations. Evaluate environmental regulations and other sustainability developments and advise internal stakeholders. Conduct environmental operational assessments and audits at manufacturing sites. Set and monitor environmental goals and carbon neutrality roadmaps and support the group’s sustainability disclosures. Provide and facilitate ESG training and competence development. Communicate environmental performance, procedures and risk control measures across the organisation. Requirements: Passionate about Sustainability. Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental management and sustainability implementation. Good knowledge on environmental affairs, technologies and solutions and ESG frameworks, with experience on environmental management system implementation. Good knowledge on environmental regulations and emerging sustainability disclosure trends, and capable of analyzing and making correlations with businesses. Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Certified ISO 14001:2015 auditor and have knowledge on ISO 14060 and ESG reporting, and familiar with GHG accounting. Experience in working with governmental, industrial and NGO stakeholders. Excellent communication skills with strong report-writing competence in English.
