Job Summary: This role is responsible for assisting in driving marketing strategy planning, governing the marketing projects, and monitoring business and marketing performance. The role translates strategic priorities into executable plans, establishes project governance standards, monitors key milestones, budgets, risks, and business outcomes, and provides management insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management and Coordination Coordinate and support the management of marketing projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Assist in defining project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress, providing regular status reports and executive updates. Lead and facilitate regular marketing meetings to drive collaboration, document key outcomes, and track follow-up actions. Collaborate with marketing functions, cross-functional teams, and business units to ensure alignment and smooth project implementation. 2. Marketing Strategy Development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth plan. Stay updated on market trends and emerging opportunities to enhance marketing strategies. Prepare strategic presentations, business cases, and execute materials to support leadership decision-making. 3. Performance Analysis and Reporting Support the tracking and analysis of marketing performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and other marketing performance metrics. Contribute insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus. Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development and project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to diverse stakeholders. Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create professional, executive-level presentations. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
