Test Technician (Quality)

Tasks / Responsibilities: (Main Activities) Perform production testing activities such as COP/LAT and other engineering tests. Set up and support test systems, including JIGs and fixtures, for serial production. Support Test Engineers in controlling test methods and measurement equipment. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient testing operations. Maintain effective collaboration and provide support to team members as required. Report test results and abnormalities to COP Manager and COP Engineers. Support internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits. Ensure proper workplace organization in line with 5S and TPM standards. Perform other tasks as assigned by COP Manager and Test Engineers. Key Selection Criteria / Education and Experience Requirements: To have completed high vocation (ปวส.) in Mechanical or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in product/material testing within the automotive manufacturing industry. Basic knowledge of testing processes, measurement tools, and quality control. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a production/quality environment. Able to work in shifts.
