As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Finance Executive to Responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance to ensure the company's financial stability and efficiency. • Involves analyzing financial data, managing cash flow, and supporting senior management in decision-making. • Works closely with finance teams, auditors, and key stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic growth. Assist in project budget preparation, budget monitoring including identifying cost savings opportunities. Tracking of project budget vs actual cost including monitoring cash flow. Ensure transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with the accounting standards. Liaise with auditors/tax agent/authorities/other subsidiaries/departments on information required for reporting. Assist in monitoring implementation and adherence to the Company’s internal control policy. Pro-active in resolving concerns and providing value added financial advice including operational effectiveness and business process. Any other duties assigned by the senior management. SUPERVISION: Receives daily supervision and workload from Finance Manager. Receives general supervision from Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting. Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and cost control. Experience in project budget monitoring and variance analysis is preferred. Good knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls. Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents, and authorities. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Good command of English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is an advantage.
