Core Responsibilities: Regulatory Documentation & Customer Support Manage and respond to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) requests for Food and Industrial business customers. Support documentation requests through APAC document management portals for regulatory compliance documents. Raw Material Compliance & Supplier Regulatory Management Support ASEAN raw material (RM) compliance activities, including review and maintenance of ingredient regulatory status Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and update regulatory documents. Collaborate with Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA) team members to ensure raw material compliance across ASEAN markets Pet Food Regulatory Compliance Provide regulatory support for pet food ingredients and products across APAC markets. Support regulatory assessments for ingredient suitability, labelling compliance, and market access requirements. Regulatory Intelligence & Horizon Scanning Conduct ongoing horizon scanning of regulatory developments across ASEAN and key global markets. Summarize regulatory changes, assess business impact, and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders Working day: Mon-Fri 08.00-17.00 Qualifications: Degree Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Technology or Regulatory Affairs or Nutrition or Chemistry or Biology, or a related scientific discipline. 2-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Food Compliance, or Scientific & Regulatory Affairs within the food, ingredient, nutrition industry Experience managing regulatory documentation, customer document requests, and compliance records. Knowledge of ASEAN food regulations, ingredient compliance, and labelling requirements. Experience working with supplier regulatory documentation and compliance management. Good English Skills is a must Experience supporting sweetener, ingredient, or nutrition-related regulatory assessments is advantageous Working knowledge of Codex Alimentarius, JECFA, EU food regulations
