This program is designed to offer aspiring professionals a hands-on experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, operational excellence and much more. OPENING POSITIONS 1. Customer Experience Intern (Ocean & Logistics & Supply Chain Management) Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat. Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers as needed. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes. Join projects assigned by the Manager. 2. Landside Transportation Intern Assist in monitoring the operation status and providing updates to internal teams. Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Support in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Help manage transportation documentation, Assist in resolving transportation-related issues and delays. Join projects assigned by the Manager. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Final-year students who can commit to work full-time for 6 months from October 2026 or fresh graduates. Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance, Economics or any related fields. Proficient in English. Candidates who can use additional languages such as Chinese will have a huge advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be a Native Thai speaker. Have good communication and teamwork skills. Data-driven and proactive. High learning agility and a Willing-to-do mindset.
