Substitute Teaching Assistant (Medical Leave Cover)

As Substitute Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers and administrative staff. The job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Job duties: Reinforcing learning and implementing instructional programs in small groups or with individuals Working with individual students in activities initiated by the teacher Supporting various needs of students as requested by the teacher Preparing and producing instructional materials and modifications Preparing materials for school events Provide supervision of students during arrival, dismissal, recesses, lunch and occasional field trips, etc. Supporting and supervising students in their participation in activities Preparing materials for school events Assisting library circulation and clerical work as needed Any other ad-hoc projects/works and administration duties as assigned by the School Job Requirements: Bachelor degree holder or related disciplines required Fluency in spoken and written English required Fluency in Mandarin preferred Working experience in a school setting or young children preferred Commitment to best educational practices and on-going professional improvement Good team player Knowledge of Christian values is a must Hong Kong Permanent Residents or Dependent Visa holders Duration of Employment Period : 24 August 2026 – 31 October 2026 APPLICATION PROCESS Interested parties please refer to our vocation webpage at www.capcl.edu.hk for details.
