Talent Acquisition Manager (Manpower - Organizational Structure)

Responsibilities: Manage end to end process of recruitment include source, screen resumes, shortlist, conduct qualitative interviews, assessment, follow-up with line managers and provide regular feedback to candidates over the whole process. Interview or co-interview management and executive-level candidates over a set grade to ensure their suitability for employment within the company. Manage manpower planning, recruitment and organization structure. Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization. Control the budget of Organizational Structure and Recruitment Division. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
