Product Executive - Neurology

Job Description & Responsibilities: To develop marketing plan to support brand success. To prepare monthly forecast and promotional budget and decide on promotional strategies of each product in his/her responsibility. To achieve annual sales budget within approved promotional expenses budget. To develop promotional activities included digital activities in collaboration with sales staff in order to achieve sales objective. To develop the promotion campaign and implement all promotional activities as planned within the agreed time frame. To decide on adequate inventory level of each product in co-operation with Supply Chain Department. To train and supervise medical sales representatives to enable them to be effective and efficient. To train sales representatives on product and make sure that sales teams have a good product knowledge, also submit medical sales representative to monthly product and competitors knowledge exams. To acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities. To assist marketing team in other additional tasks as requested. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years working experience in pharmaceutical market. MBA will be an advantage. Self-motivated/energetic with good interpersonal skills, creative and well organized. Good oral presentation skills and communication skills. Good computer skill and command of English.
