Role & Responsibilities : Plan and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to support Chubb Life Thailand’s business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with company standards. Manage digital channels, including the corporate website, online advertising, social media, LINE Official Account (LINE OA), email marketing, paid media, and other digital platforms. Oversee the end-to-end content strategy to support brand awareness, customer engagement, product promotion, and corporate communications. Manage the creation and adaptation of a wide range of content, including new product communications, claims-related content, LINE Chat and LINE Service updates, monthly campaign themes, customer engagement activities, trend-based content, Zenith Privilege Club services, corporate event promotions, emergency announcements, and PR content. Manage LINE Official Account (LINE OA) operations and communication activities to maximise customer engagement and maintain consistent brand messaging. Develop and manage SEO content to improve website search visibility, content discoverability, and overall digital performance. Ensure SEO content aligns with the overall content strategy and brand communication objectives. Plan and coordinate SEM campaign schedules in line with new product launches and brand awareness priorities. Continuously optimise SEM activities to maximise campaign reach, visibility, and performance. Manage website content updates to ensure information is accurate, current, and aligned with business requirements. Develop best-in-class product communications for customers and distributors through compelling messaging and storytelling. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and presentations on digital marketing activities and results. Collaborate closely with Product, Agencies, Life Operations, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, and other relevant functions to execute digital content and marketing campaigns effectively. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives. Work closely with global teams and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and initiatives. Plan, manage, and control the digital marketing budget to maximise return on investment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Corporate Communications, preferably within the insurance, financial services, e-commerce, or a related industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing, social media, and integrated campaign management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage. Proven experience working in a highly regulated environment, with close collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
