Position Summary Responsible for managing Training Center operations and driving employee learning & development activities across all plants. This role focuses on training management, competency development, internal learning systems, and HRD-related projects to enhance employee capability and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities 1. Training & Development Management - Develop annual training plan and training roadmap aligned with business requirements. - Manage and coordinate internal and external training programs for all employee levels. - Monitor training effectiveness, post-training evaluation, and employee development progress. - Develop competency-based learning programs and training materials. - Coordinate leadership development and management development programs. - Promote learning culture and continuous improvement initiatives. 2. Training Center Operations - Manage overall Training Center operations and facilities. - Coordinate training schedules, instructors, and training resources. - Control training budget and training records. - Ensure training systems and activities comply with company standards and legal requirements. - Improve training processes and learning administration systems. 3. HRD Projects & Organization Support - Support HRD-related projects such as competency framework, skill matrix, career development, and employee development systems. - Participate in HR digitalization and learning management system improvement. - Support organizational development activities assigned by management. - Coordinate with plant HR teams regarding training and development requirements. 4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Prepare training reports, KPI tracking, and development analysis for management. - Analyze training needs and recommend improvement actions. - Support audits and compliance activities related to training systems. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Training & Development or HRD functions. - Experience in Training Center management or manufacturing environment is preferred. - Strong knowledge in training systems, competency development, and adult learning principles. - Good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. - Strong coordination and project management skills. - Good command of English communication. - Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and HR/Learning systems.
