Public Affairs Manager 📍 Bangkok, Thailand 🕒 Full-time | Onsite (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM) About Our Client Our client is a leading player in the fintech and digital financial services industry , currently expanding its Public Affairs function in Thailand. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business, regulation, and public policy in a fast-evolving sector. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulators, BOT and industry stakeholders. Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, policy updates, and industry trends relevant to the business. Support licensing, regulatory compliance, and ongoing engagement with relevant authorities. Provide policy insights and recommendations to support business decisions and market expansion. Manage public affairs initiatives and support issue and crisis management when required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Administration, Political Sciences, Business, or a related field. Experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs, or a related function. Strong understanding of government processes, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder management. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and project management capabilities. Fluent English communication skills; Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred. Experience working with government agencies or managing government relations within the fintech, financial services, technology, or highly regulated industries is a strong advantage.
