Assistant Accounting and Financial (Base Bangladesh)

Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning Support CFO in developing financial and operational strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. Conduct business performance analysis and provide insights for improving profitability and operational efficiency. Financial Reporting & Compliance Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with local regulations. Ensure adherence to tax, and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, regulators. Prepare financial and operational performance reports for CFO. Budgeting, Cost Control & Operations Analysis Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, integrating both financial and operational data. Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget) across business units and operations. Monitor production costs, supply chain efficiency, and project investments to optimize resource allocation. Treasury & Working Capital Management Manage liquidity, cash flow, and credit facilities. Support procurement and vendor negotiations from a financial perspective to ensure cost-effectiveness. Optimize working capital through inventory, receivable, and payable management. Operations Support & Business Performance Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor key operational (production, logistics, plant performance) and link to financial outcomes. Implement business process improvements and digital finance initiatives to support day-to-day operations. Qualification: Degree in Accounting or related field Minimum 5 years experiences in Accounting Management Good command in English (speaking and writing) Looking for people to work in ( Base Bangladesh) Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
