Post Trade Business Development

Responsibility ​Analyze, strategize and establish new development plan or initiatives of post-trade product, process and services for securities and derivatives markets Conduct research and comparative study for post-trade areas and prepare business impact analysis/ meeting materials Design business model for new pot-trade initiatives or services Participate in the process of rules and regulations modification in response to new development and initiatives with related parties Collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate potential members’ and existing members’ request including new member admission/termination/transfer/merger and acquisition, etc, Engage with external stakeholders including Foreign Institution Investors, Global Custodian to ensure they can effectively conduct due diligence with post-trade infrastructure providers Promote and arrange post-trade marketing events, networking events Qualification ​Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields Have comprehensive background for services and product in securities & derivatives markets and capital market (Plus) Have analytical, resilient, collaborative and independent abilities Services oriented together with good interpersonal and presentation skill Be able to achieve and deliver tasks assigned punctually and work under pressure Excellent in English, Speaking, Listening and Writing (TOEIC scores are at least 700) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
