🚀 We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded professional to drive business growth through Business Data, AI, and Strategic Thinking . The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, solving problems, and developing actionable plans to increase Customer Traffic, Basket Size, and Sales Growth , while working cross-functionally to drive strategic projects and deliver tangible business results. 💡 What You’ll Do 1. Business Strategy & Category Growth Develop and drive commercial strategies to increase Customer Traffic and Basket Size across stores. Analyze and develop initiatives related to Store Management, Pricing, Front-end Operations, and Partner Management to improve business performance and sales. Drive strategic initiatives and projects that support business and category growth. 2. Business Analytics, AI & Data Utilization Analyze business data including Sales, GP, Trade Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain to identify opportunities to increase Customer Traffic and Basket Size. Identify business issues and Root Causes, and develop practical Action Plans to address them. Leverage AI and Data Analytics to enhance work efficiency, data analysis, and business decision-making. 3. Cross-functional & Strategic Projects Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to develop and drive strategic projects. Lead and coordinate Cross-functional Projects focused on increasing Customer Traffic, Basket Size, and overall Business Growth. Monitor project performance and leverage insights to continuously improve business strategies and results. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Strong Commercial Thinking & Strategic Thinking Experience in Business Planning / Category Management / Strategy / Commercial Strong Data-driven Problem Solving skills Ability to leverage AI / Technology to enhance analysis and productivity Strong Ownership Mindset with the ability to drive projects and deliver results Excellent Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication skills Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to travel upcountry when required
