QC & QA Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced QC & QA Manager to lead our Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining laboratory excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading the QC & QA team to achieve the highest quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QC & QA management system across production operations. Oversee daily Quality Laboratory testing and ensure testing accuracy, reliability, and compliance. Develop and improve laboratory processes to enhance efficiency and quality performance. Communicate with customers regarding quality-related matters and serve as the key quality representative. Industrial Water Treatment & Wastewater Treatment Chemical Manufacturing / Petrochemical Industry Review customer specifications and ensure the QC & QA team receives appropriate training. Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, including product compliance statements, certifications, audit reports, specifications, quality agreements, and quality manuals. Conduct internal quality system and process audits to ensure compliance with company procedures. Ensure all laboratory activities comply with safety standards and regulations. Support company objectives in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field . Minimum 5 years of experience in QC/QA within chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, or water treatment industries Strong knowledge of QC/QA systems, laboratory operations, and quality management processes. Experience in industrial water treatment, wastewater treatment, chemical analysis, or laboratory management is highly preferred Good communication skills in both Thai and English . Strong knowledge of quality management systems, laboratory testing, root cause analysis, and process improvement Reporting Line Reports directly to the Deputy Managing Director Team Management Manage a team consisting of: 1 Chemist 3 Supervisors 1 Planner 14 QC/QA & Laboratory Operators Why Join Us?
