Retail Merchandising Officer

Green Square Marketing Limited operates as Aigle, is seeking a Retail Merchandising Executive to join our team. This is a strategic position within our retail merchandising operations, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing stock allocation plan and inventory management across our points of sale. The role Prepare reports periodically to review sell-through, monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels. Perform stock allocation plan and inventory management to support overall sales plans and merchandising strategies. Execute stock transfer and consolidation across stores and identify action plan for slow moving items. Assist in preparing merchandise mix, assortment planning, ordering and sales simulation forecast to meet business target. Support digital marketing activities, such as preparing and updating product information, categorization and pricing. Provide product knowledge support to frontline sales staff and present the product sales analysis report in the monthly retail meeting. Maintain item master data in system. The person Diploma in Business / Retail Management or equivalent discipline. Min. 3 years related experience in apparel retail merchandising. Strong organizational abilities with capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical skills and fashion sense. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Immediate available is highly preferred.
