Business Manager/ Executive Job Description Support Sales Advisors in promoting and selling products for new and used cars. Participate in all dealer sales events to upsell financing products (campaigns, services, and products). Promote /Engage / to prospects and customers. Introduce and guide customers. Receive loan/financing applications from dealers, customers, and sales advisors, ensuring all required documents are obtained. Interview applicants (via phone or in person) and perform KYC verification. Ensure credit applications are created in a timely manner. Update dealers daily on the status of submitted cases. Investigate and follow up on delayed approval and disbursement cases. Follow up on invoices, delivery orders, VOC, and other dealer documents required for disbursement. Guide customers through signing up for eDD. Sort and vet documents for correctness and completeness before submission for disbursement. Execute HP Agreement signing with customers and submit documents to CI. Qualifications Diploma in Business Administration or any related discipline. 1 to 3 years of working experience in Banking, Sales, or the Auto Finance industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Possess basic analytical and credit assessment skills, with strong attention to detail in managing documentation completeness. Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
