Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in retail technology and infrastructure projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established international organisation, leading projects that support business expansion and technology transformation across Thailand and the wider Asia-Pacific region. You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with regional stakeholders, business users, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of IT projects from initiation through to implementation and handover. Manage multiple projects, including new site deployments, refurbishment projects, and technology enhancement programmes. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and project governance. Coordinate with regional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide regular project updates, and prepare management reports. Ensure smooth project execution while minimising operational disruption to business users. Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices. Provide guidance and support to junior project team members when required. Requirements 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects from planning through implementation. Previous experience delivering projects within a retail solution is highly preferred. Experience supporting new site rollouts, renovations, or large-scale technology deployments would be an advantage. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across both business and technical teams. Experience coordinating external vendors and multiple project workstreams. Knowledge of retail technology, including areas such as POS systems, networking, or store infrastructure, is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is a plus.
