Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and support service staff to maintain high service standards. Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally. Coordinate floor plan, table arrangements, and staff assignments during service. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety practices throughout the restaurant. Assist with opening or closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting. Work closely with the owner to improve service quality and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded. Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
