About the role Belton Industrial (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a talented Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Pathum Thani, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical and electronic components supplied by our partners. What you'll be doing Develop and implement quality assurance strategies for our supplier network Conduct rigorous inspections and audits of supplier processes, materials, and finished products Collaborate with suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement Analyse quality data and trends to proactively address potential problems Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reporting systems Provide technical guidance and training to support our suppliers' quality initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery What we're looking for 8+ years of experience in a similar supplier quality engineering role, preferably within the electrical/electronics industry Strong technical expertise in quality management systems, statistical process control, and root cause analysis Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality certifications A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field What we offer At Belton Industrial (Thailand) Ltd., we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment.
