Entrepreneurship Program (Future Leader Program – FLP) - Khao Tra Chat Work Location: Prachuap Khiri Khan & Songkhla The Entrepreneurship Program (Future Leader Program – FLP) is an intensive 6-month leadership development program designed to fast-track high-potential talents into future business leaders within Rice Business , a member of the CP Group . From day one, you'll be taking ownership of real business projects, working closely with senior executives, and gaining hands-on experience across strategy, operations, and commercial management in Thailand's rice business. What You'll Do: Business Strategy & Project Management Lead assigned business projects from planning through execution. Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitors, business opportunities, and potential risks. Develop and implement strategies to achieve project objectives and business targets. Executive Exposure Present project progress, business insights, key achievements, and recommendations directly to senior management. Translate data into actionable business decisions and strategic initiatives. Business Development & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with internal teams, business partners, farmers, and external stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution. Operational Leadership Manage assigned sales areas to maximize operational efficiency, productivity, and commercial performance. Balance best practices with business profitability and sustainable growth. Who We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering or other related fields Strong leadership potential with confidence in decision-making and presenting ideas. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Enjoy challenging environments and taking ownership of projects. Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly. Willing to work in upcountry/provincial locations. Able to work 6 days per week .
