Graphic Designer

1. Support the Creative Team across all PR and marketing functions for Asava Group. 2. Collaborate closely with the PR, Marketing and Design departments to ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity and guidelines. 3. Create high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and special events. 4. Design digital assets - artwork, banners, motion graphics, and short-form video - for online platforms including Lazada, Shopee, the official website, LINE OA, and TikTok. 5. Design print and offline materials, including posters, pop-up store displays, event signage, and fashion showcase decor. 6. Develop and maintain templates, layout systems, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral. 7. Edit and produce short-form video content, including basic cutting, captioning, and motion graphics for social platforms. 8. Support fashion designers by developing graphic elements and decorative details applied directly to garments and fashion products. 9. Develop creative briefs and concepts for photoshoots, and assist in image selection and retouching direction. 10. Assist in packaging design, lookbooks, catalogues, and other brand collateral as needed. 11. Manage and organize design files and assets, ensuring version control and easy accessibility for the wider team. 12. Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to fashion and lifestyle marketing, bringing fresh ideas to the team. 13. Maintain a strong, detail-oriented design standard across all touchpoints, online and offline.
