Position Summary The Area Sales Manager is a dynamic and driven sales leader leading a team of sales representative & TT distributors to achieve sales and company objectives. He/She will manage and build strong partnership with Distributors and Customers to maintain sales growth and prevent competitor entry. He/She will formulate strategic plan and activities and work along the sales team to implement it in the market. He/She will work along the sales team to ensure consistence services, sufficient inventory, product visibility and increase sales. Responsibilities Report to the Regional Sales Manager Lead and manage TT Distributors to achieve sales growth objectives. Field coaching with the sales staff and looking for sales opportunities, product visibility and competitor activities. Build strong relationship with TT Distributors, Key TT customers for increase product promotion and allocation of Van sales staff. Develop sales strategies based on territory, customers, market trend and competitor activities and customers. Identify new business opportunities and increase the sales revenue Plan monthly promotional or sales activities for General Trade channel Develop direction and Key Performance Index for internal Sales Representative and TT distributors Set the Permanent Visit Plan for all Sales staff according to the territory and market requirements. Train and groom Sales Representative to improve their competency. What we are looking for At least three (5) years of working experience leading sales team & TT distributor in the territory level Experience in selling FMCG products to General Trade Experience in leading and managing the internal and Distributor sales force. Strong territory management planning skills. Driven and strategic business sense. Strong business sense and strategic mindset. Analytical and Negotiation skills.
